Optical Sounds is psyched! to present Magic Shoppe's "Triangulum Australe E.P."

The "Triangulum Australe E.P." is the perfect prescription for those addicted to droned out, reverb drenched, tamborine shaking bliss!

The E.P. sets the tone with the neo-psychedlic "Trip Inside This House" (this track also kicked off last summer's "Summer Solstice Vol. IV" compilation). The band pushes the hypnotic envelope with the marraca driven "Midnight In The Garden Of Evil" while"White Blood Cells" sounds like a bonus track from "The Dandy Warhols Come Down", with it's wall of rhythm guitars and clever xylophone melodies. The E.P. closes with an epic arrangement of reverberated riffs, backwards guitar, tibetan bells and sitar on "Shangri-La In Reverse".

Optical Sounds would like to invite you to give the E.P. a listen.
If you dig it then please drop a few bucks for the digital tracks.

In 2010, the band’s live shows left a wake of aural and psychic wreckage throughout their hometown of Boston, Massachusetts.

Optical Sounds released the band’s debut full length, Reverberation on April 19th, 2011.
